You can return all items purchased from KOKKON within 14 days. The return costs are already included in the shipping flat rate. The return period begins on the day on which DHL has delivered the goods. After receipt and examination of the goods by KOKKON, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment has been made and will amount to a maximum of 14 days. The return is handled via our KOKKON online shop.
Please follow these steps for returns.
- Go to www.kokkon.com and log into your account with your personal login data.
- Then go to the Orders section and select your order ID and the item to be returned. Enter the reason and the number of items to be returned.
- Then click on the Save button.
- A PDF button for return note and DHL returns label will appear. Please print both receipts.
- Please pack the return voucher in the package and seal it properly and securely. Now stick the DHL return label on the parcel and hand it in at a post office.
