How long is the delivery time of my order?
We deliver your ordered goods with DHL usually within 2-4 working days directly to your specified delivery address.
Which parcel service will be used for my delivery?
We deliver your parcel with DHL. Fast, safe and low-cost delivery.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Please enter your DHL customer number in the additional field (company, P.O. box) when entering your shipping address. Without them, the parcel cannot be delivered to the Packstation. Enter the word "Packstation" in the "Street" field and the Packstation number in the "House number" field.
Can I check the status of my shipment?
Once the package has been delivered to DHL, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track the status of your shipment.
What should I do if I want to return one or more items?
You can return all items purchased from KOKKON GmbH within 14 days free of charge within Germany using the enclosed DHL sticker. The 14-day period begins on the day the package is delivered by DHL. In order to guarantee a fast processing, we ask you to send back the article as completely as possible with the original packaging to us. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide sufficient protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment has been made and is limited to 14 days.
What payment options are available?
We accept the following methods of payment:
PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, prepayment and IMMEDIATELY bank transfer.
What are the shipping costs?
Regardless of the order value, we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.00 €. This fixed sum includes costs for postage, packaging and returns.
To which countries does KOKKON GmbH deliver?
We ship orders to countries within the European Union. For standard shipments, DHL usually ships within 3-7 working days to the specified delivery address. For deliveries within the EU we charge a flat rate of 10.00 € for standard deliveries and 15.00 € for express deliveries.
How can I receive the newsletter?
Fill in the form at the bottom of the website to register for our newsletter. You will then receive regular information about new products and trends. IMPORTANT: You will then receive an e-mail in which you must click on a link. This confirms once again that you are the owner of the email address (double opt-in procedure). This prevents the misuse of email addresses by third parties.
